>> Production System
Complete production management system to handle glass manufacturing processes. Includes batch management, layout optimization,
machine code generation for cutting and sealing lines, shape design component, glass unit printouts, stock management and many
more features. This application has continued to grow significantly over the past five years.
>> Ordering System
Sophisticated design tool for specifying glass units including double and triple glazed units with in built mullions, security features,
cut outs and protective strips. Also includes our simple CAD design tool with DXF import and export.
>> Coating Line
Europe's longest coating line. Database application to manage, track and monitor stock as it moves through the plant. Large stale
application with many features for ordering, tracking and delivering coated stock sheets.
>> Server Applications
Numerous server applications have been developed to provide our ordering and production services over the Glas Trösch WAN.
